I accidently forgot the sweet cream in my daughters coffee..instead of a sweetcream vanilla coldbrew I accidently got her a vanilla coldbrew...so I ran back in and asked could I buy a *splash* of sweet cream that they could pour in her coffee..they charged me almost FOUR DOLLARS...TO POUR SOME SWEET CREAM HER VANILLA COLD BREW..RIDICULOUS..Back to Tiim Hortons I go

I bought a drink here and the matcha was not dissolved
Arrived at location 6:35pm closing at 7:00pm ordered thru drive thru got to window and was told coffee machine was down early. This is the second time in the last month this has happened . 1st time they charged me for an Americana more expensive I called and was promised a call from the district manager no call. No restroom to use inside. The least they could have offered was an Americana for free or same as tall coffee now calling again.
