Starbucks by gate A4–understaffed and staff seem poorly trained, easily confused by orders. Even with the very short line it was a good 30 min of waiting.
Bruh. This place could be great. But they have one confused girl making drinks and the other folk are standing around. I'm surprised corporate lets this fly. I work in QSR as an analyst, and we would be embarrassed by the lack of service.
Extremely rude staff and falling asleep. It was 7 am and there was no customers so she wasnt busy she was just sitting on her phone. I asked what was inside an imposible sandwich and her answer was (oh i dont know) i then asked her, well dont you make it how can you not know? Her response again was i dont know its some k8nd of meet look it up on your phone. Super rude. There are many people out there looking for jobs which i dont think she should be there.
