Bad costumer service. I stood at the counter for a long time while two male employees were talking to each other. One lady was cleaning the door and when I walked in she didn’t even greet me.
The coffee/food etc. are exactly what you'd expect of a Starbucks The staff/people are 5/5 here though
Standard Starbucks drinks, but a nice place to hang out and study if you need to. Typically fairly busy though.
Can't get free water at the Starbucks, unless you purchase something. This is a certain way to lose customers, rather than getting them to buy anything, as the intent probably was. Especially in the location, where there is so much competition. I used to come to the Starbucks a lot and buy coffee. Now I will ignore the place.
