I shared a decent review a while ago. Unfortunately things have changed significantly. There is one young lady who always goes above and beyond and I will definitely be finding her name out and writing a good review on the website. Everyone I’ve encountered other than tha amazing barista has an attitude. Never happy and never friendly. Almost like I’m annoying them. We went to the Starbucks Saturday morning in the Safeway on 8646 Richmond Highway, Alexandria, VA at about 0930. We had this server who we have had before and is not very efficient or Friendly. We get the same thing every time. My wife ordered a Trente green ice tea for me and she got a vanilla skinny decaf latte. For some reason this time the server made my ice tea correct but made my wife’s cold.
