This location needs a ton of work! I place orders on my app and there have been several times when my order says it's ready and I get there and they're still working on it. The baristas I've encountered need more training on customer service. More recently, when I order on the app, it'll say like 13 minuets, but then I get a notification instantly that they're working on and it's ready. Light ice means half the ice or less!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do better in your training Starbucks. I hate this location. Untrained baristas.
Another location messed up our order & this location fixed it and made them perfect! The workers were super friendly. Honestly, excellent experience all around.
