This is by far the worst Starbucks in the area. "Customer service" is consistently poor, mobile orders are frequently delayed, the parking situation is always a mess, and it is rare that my drink is made correctly. Easily the most disappointing Starbucks in the area.
I dont frequent Starbucks as I don't drink coffee. But my daughter wanted a drink and a cakepop. This building doesn't let you walk in so you had to order at the drive thru or the walk up window. We went to the walk up window to order and they only had 9 drinks displayed on the wall by the window and a few sandwiches. This place is not very customer friendly if you're not familiar with the menu. I asked the associate working if they had a menu I could view and she pointed to the 9 drinks on the sign.
