I love Starbucks! The only thing I would say anything about is if you order a mocha now you can't really taste the mocha it's more like a latte.
They have great food and strawberry frapechino is great and the spinach wraps as well.
Wasn't the place for a hetero white male this evening. Staff barely spoke, was dismissive and looked aggravated that I was in the store. After making my order wrong they ANGRILY made it over. When I said thank you for doing that, the baristas snubbed her nose at me and walked away. Is this how you normally treat a Starbucks Reserve member? I guess I am not the only one customer that has been complaining about this place. I waited around 14 minutes and my coffee was cold. I understand that it was short of personal. One of the assistant manager needs training. All the Customers reviews indicated that this place customer service and the delivery of the Amazing product is taken for granted.
