Very bad experience this day, it's my daughter's birthday she loves Starbucks, We stopped to buy and she asked if for her birthday they give her something as you usually see on the networks and the very unfriendly girl replied that because she had to buy something... it made us feel so bad! Very bad experience! My question is: is it fake? The truth is that we didn't feel like asking again

This isn’t a Starbucks it is a Publix. Please google maps stop calling in store coffee shops a real place.
I've had multiple negative experiences at the Starbucks inside Publix. On several occasions, I was ignored by staff even when no other customers were around. Often, no one was behind the counter, or I was repeatedly told to "wait" until I eventually gave up and left. My most recent visit was the worst. The staff were dismissive, unfriendly, and made me feel completely unwelcome. While I was waiting, I overheard an employee look at my coffee being prepared and say "Ew!" in a tone of disgust.
