I've had multiple negative experiences at the Starbucks inside Publix. On several occasions, I was ignored by staff even when no other customers were around. Often, no one was behind the counter, or I was repeatedly told to "wait" until I eventually gave up and left. My most recent visit was the worst. The staff were dismissive, unfriendly, and made me feel completely unwelcome. While I was waiting, I overheard an employee look at my coffee being prepared and say "Ew!" in a tone of disgust. Coffee is good but the waitress was the most unfriendly person I met in the whole USA holiday. If you don’t like to work with people - don’t get a job in service.
2 mans inside the kitchem not resonding to customer call, I need to wait 12 minutes until one of tehm appears, he didnt say "sorry", the other manwent to other Publix area. Very poor perception of customer care form Publi and Starbuck. Just in case someone is interested to fix this situation, this occured on Wed, November, 5th,2024 around 6 pm
