Very disappointed with my experience at Starbucks Store #2070. I ordered two drinks—an Iced Blue Coconut Matcha and a Hot White Chocolate Mocha—and BOTH drinks were made completely wrong. I received an Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato and an Iced Chai Latte instead. Mistakes happen, but the employee was also rude and dismissive and didn’t seem familiar with the drinks Starbucks offers. My iced mocha coffee was wonderful and a must try is the chocolate pistachio loaf truly a special treat.
I dont appreciate overhearing how the employees think I "look slow." Said by the white guy with dark hair, and white blonde girl with her hair in a braid. I was minding my business, trying to place a mobile order, when the guy walked into the backroom, came out, and made a comment about how the blonde girl looked like me. She then went to the back a few times, each time looking at me, then went back to the front counter, and exclaimed "so youre trying to say I look slow?" Inside Target!! Quick service. Google maps doesn’t differentiate between the locations inside and out of target. I got the horchata latte. It was delicious. They do a great job. You cannot pay with the Starbucks app here! They will only let you use star points.
