I waited 25 minutes for my drink inside while they where having their meeting no one was there 2 people where working and everyone in the meeting I guess workers and all of them where ignoring us 20 cars in the drive thru passed but 2 drinks never came Only one girl asked us if we were ok after 10 minutes. Like I work in costumer service and I would never make a customer wait more than 5 minutes especially for 2 drinks. A lemonade and a matcha come on
I literally order the same drink from Starbucks & this location just seems to always get it wrong. I feel like the baristas make the drinks to their liking rather than the order. & all I simply do is change the pump count of flavor in my drinks. I’ll rather drive 20 minutes to the next Starbucks than to go here again.
