Love Starbucks green tea
My son went to get a cup of water. While I parked the car. Took 5 mins. The lady at counter looked annoyed. I planned on getting a drink after I parked but if it took 5 minutes for water. I can't imagine how long a drink would take. If ordering water is a big issue just say NO.
I’m a repeat customer at this Starbucks, visiting multiple times a week. Today, I ordered 15 minutes ahead, but when I arrived there was a long line of mobile orders and an even longer line in person, with only one worker handling everything. I was given 2 more minutes until my order was ready. About 20 minutes after my order time, a Kroger manager came up and placed orders for others who weren’t even in line — including food.
