I love going to this Starbucks when kasey is there, she always friendly,Nice always has a smile. Over all great customers service.
We LOVE this Starbucks! Weenie hut jr is my service dog and they always go out of their way for him. Jesse personalizes his pup cups. We love Jesse. They always know it’s me and they always have a cup of ice and a pup cup when they see weenie in the drive thru. Love these baristas so much!
it bugs me when I ask for light ice and they do not put light ice it’s still full of ice . I am aware the drink might not be full with out ice and idc just put a little bit of ice. I don’t want a brain freeze while trying to enjoy my pink drink. That’s why I ask LIGHT ICE. Please fix this .
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks!!! The lady was very rude and at the speaker I kept repeating my order 5 times , then when I go to the window the order is wrong. I got 4 ventis and they were all grande , there was no sorry just rude and saying nothing . Once we leave it’s all watered down like they just filled it up with water, and to top it off they didn’t put the stickers on cups for us to take it back, this was just horrible . DO NOT GO HERE!!
