Today, between 1:39–2:20 PM, I ordered a very simple drink that I get all the time: Iced Passion Tango Tea, no water, peach juice, 2 stevia. I go out of my way to come to this specific location, so much so they recognize me when I come in. I have ten different starbucks within the same radius of my home and while heading out for work. However, i go out of my way to go to the one on Highland Avenue and Sterling. I've gone to the other locations and I order when anything that has chai It tastes like milk even when I order and pay for extra pumps or it. On Friday November 28, 2025 I ordered throuhg the app and it said the store closed at 11 pm. So at 7:20pm I ordered 4 drinks. Got to the store at 7:28 and it was closed to pick up inside the store. The guy in store told me to go through the drive thru. I went through the drive thru and there were no cars. I got to the window. The guy told me what I wanted and I told him I was picking up an order and signaled him what order (which was visible on the counter), he said what name and I gave him my name.
