My low rating is just due to company practices. Starbucks sucks since it's changed hands!!!! They charge how much for a cup of coffee yet they can't afford to give specials to their loyal customers. It's expensive enough at least they use to give BOGO or 50% off from time to time, now I feel like the new owner is just greedy. I'm really so tired of these greedy companies squeezing every penny they can out of their customers.
