Marlin is the greatest drive-thru speaker ever.
These employees are something else. They blocked off the drive thru by parking a car in it, don’t put a sign and then when I called to inform them that several cars had waited in line, they said “oh we’re having work done in the drive thru” I responded, that maybe they should place a sign so that people would know, he preceded to hang up on me. Ridiculous.
I frequent this starbucks and the staff in the drive thru is amazing. I rarely go into the store but I know the drive thru employees have a good vibe about them. Marcella is also great. I've been through a lot of other starbucks drive thrus and they aren't as friendly as they are here. Oh and when I ask for extra caramel and whip they understand the assignment at this particular store. Keep up the good work ya'll!
So I went on Google and it said it close at 11 I got here at 10:39 and nobody was here. This is the second time I come here cause it says it close at 11 and they are not here. They need to fix their schedule.
