Excellent customer service. I don't frequent this location but man, they make every single person who walks through those doors feel welcome. They're on a first name basis with tons of their regulars. On point.
The Starbucks at 18629 SR 2 in Monroe, WA, is a cozy, albeit slightly dated, location without a drive-thru. Despite its size and age, the baristas provide exceptional service; during my visit, one even called me by name to let me know my drink was next with a personal touch that’s not typical for a first-time customer. While the ambiance could use some updates, the staff’s attentiveness and friendliness make it a welcoming spot for a quick coffee break. JY review
