Gabby was very rude and inconsiderate. As a new customer to this store location I asked her for help regarding the new teddy bear cup for your Christmas line and she completely rolled her eyes and sighed at me. I don’t appreciate feeling like I’m bothering associates when a simple “we ran out of stock” in a nice manner would have helped.
I ordered a venti hot chocolate and they gave me a venti caramel macchiato. I went on the drive thru, as soon as I got to the window the lady barista gave me the drink. I was surprised that was really fast(there were no cars in front of me) not knowing that they just gave me a left over drink. They did it on purpose, they didn’t make a mistake because it took me less than 5 seconds to get to the window and my drink was already made.
