This location has really gone downhill. 25 years as a vegetarian, and I ordered a falafel wrap. they gave me a chicken wrap, even though the bag they put it in also clearly said falafel wrap. 2 bites before I realized, instantly felt horribly sick to my stomach. They were very trivial about the mistake and I had to ask 3 times to be reimbursed in some way stressing this was not a minor mix up. They finally reluctantly refunded me the cost of it with an eye roll. Drink was also made wrong. Never returning.
I don’t know if it’s intentional or not but EVERYTIME I give this Starbucks a chance they mess my order up….EVERYTIME…I am very clear when I speak so I know they hear me. I’m just not going to try here again…never asked for vanilla syrup….
Terrible experience. ordered 3 drinks and didn’t receive the second. When we fold the drive thru attendant we were missing a drink, she cut me off while i was talking. My order was a Venti pink drink energy with light ice, mango cold foam, peach juice and no berries. she walked away after “venti pink drink” and only gave me that. Never again.
