What's up with the Gentleman at the counter being rude to customers, and kicking them out? He was rude to 2 customes yesterday. Restaurant looked beautiful. Restrooms were clean. The guy at the counter kicked out 2 customers into the rain yesterday! Isn't Starbucks a safe, nice cozy place you can go and use the wifi? The other associates were great! I've worked 25 years in Customer Service. I'm shocked!
After a car accident e They wouldn't let me sit inside to wait for my uber when it was raining really hard and it was empty on insid qithout making a purchase , so i buy a small drink and wait and after few minutes literally less then 5 saying i only bouggt a small drink i cant wait inside any longer that's not the way to treat people.
