I frequent this particular Starbucks multiple times a day. The baristas recognize us by name and our orders.(AM and closing shifts are the goats!) Today, I decided to get some coffee after picking up the kids. A barista, Gavi, helped us, and was extremely unpleasant. Rolling her eyes, slamming cups and being very short. Yikes, I'll avoid mid shift like my life depends on it

I’ve visited this Starbucks several times, and unfortunately, I’ve had the same experience with Gabriel at the drive-thru window. Every time I come through, he seems rushed to get me away from the window. He quickly hands me my order without much interaction, and his attitude comes across as unfriendly and impatient. Amazing service by Esmeralda, Eli and Alexa!! Greeted me when I walked in! Super attentive and welcoming. Best location in Hemet so far!
