Great place to have a refreshing strawberry lemonade drink, or a super yummy affogato style Frappuccino. Excellent service. Recently remodeled seating indoors and outdoors.
My drink has half a cup of ice. Now that the ice is smaller and round, they take up more room in the drink. Disappointed.
The service experience was disappointing. The staff member who helped me seemed disengaged and uninterested the entire time, with almost no communication during the interaction. Even a simple request for hot water was handled carelessly, and the service felt inconsistent and inattentive. Customer service is about more than just completing an order—it’s about making people feel welcomed. I hope management pays more attention to this
