Lately, I’ve been so busy that I hardly have any time to take care of myself. Even while having a cup of coffee, I’m working and studying at the same time, feeling completely drained. One day at this location, I accidentally spilled my coffee everywhere. In that moment, Gary, a staff member here, kindly told me it was okay and helped me with such warmth and patience. It was the first time in a long while that I felt such genuine kindness. Having an employee like Gary truly makes your service team remarkable and memorable.
Arrived 6:10a. One other car. Does anyone at Starbucks think this coffee, which is closer to white than brown, is light cream? At $6+ for a cup of coffee, Starbucks has become very easy to just drive by. ••Management•• no needed to give me a canned answer about having it remade. I know the drill.
