This place has the worse service that I ever seen
I’m a regular at this Starbucks and usually enjoy coming here, but I’ve noticed a consistent issue with product availability. About half the time, key items like plant‑based milks, vegetarian sandwiches, green tea, and black tea are out of stock. This is especially true on the weekends. It makes it hard to order my usual drink or food, and I wanted to share this in case it helps with planning and inventory. I really do like this location, and I’d love to see more consistency so I can keep enjoying the things I come here for.
I ordered thru mobile pick-up. The staff never bothered to ask if Im waiting for my order depsite me standing in front of the sign “mobile pick up” and everybody else who ordered from the register was all gone and the store only had 3 people left (2 of them was sitting). I had to ask if they got my order and that’s the only time they took notice that I was waiting. My coffee was on the other side of the machine and he had to look for it. So much for enjoying a colder coffee.
