Asked for a hazelnut coffee and got straight black coffee. All you have to do is your job. Doesn’t take much to put pumps into the cup.

The staff couldn't be more uncaring and incompetent if they tried. What a horrible location. Shop ANY local coffee shop instead, where the staff actually wants to make your drinks.
I have never been told we dont brew coffee at a coffee shop! Employee stated they only brew in mornings. So why is the coffee shop even open
I’m not one to complain at all about anything but I specifically asked for the smallest size and got the biggest one they had, I know some people may be happy with that but I am pregnant and not allowed as much caffeine so it really upset me. We had to pay even more for something I didn’t want. Normally I get what I ask for when I come but I’m guessing this girl just paid no absolute attention to what I said.
