I've only been here a total of twice, and both times, I only got half my order. I placed the orders over the app about 20 minutes prior to arrival and still ended up waiting 30 minutes BOTH times. They simply forgot to tell me one item was out of the stock the first time, and the second time, they just didn't make my second drink. Terrible service. What's worse, they won't ask you why you're standing there for 30 minutes, and when you ask, they just tell you it's coming up, even when it's not. They act like you're inconvenie... read more
