The bathroom was disgusting.
I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, so this is very unusual. On my last visit, my usual drink was so bitter that I took it back—which I never do. The employee was gracious and immediately made me a new one, but unfortunately the replacement was just as bitter. The label indicated three pumps of classic syrup, but it tasted as though none had been added. I stopped by again today, forgetting about the previous experience, and ordered the same drink. Pretty average as far as starbucks goes but man are they slow compared to the starbucks I used to go to regularly. If you order online i would recommend placing your order a little earlier than you normally would.
I gave an average, and the company responded with a weblink where no actual feedback can be given, just a chat with bot that does not actually listen. Minus another star. I will definitely start avoiding Starbucks along the highway, they are rarely worth the stop
