I just had to take a moment to shout out the incredible team at the Starbucks on Centerbrooke Lane in Suffolk! From the moment I pulled up, the crew was warm, friendly, and efficient. You can tell they genuinely love what they do — their positive energy is contagious! And my latte? Absolutely perfect. The service is like the drinks: you never know what you're going to get! Most of the time, the staff is friendly, but then there's those that don't even say a word to you...also, there has been a lot of instances where drink orders are incorrect...Maybe that's just how Customer Service is nowadays, or seems to be everywhere you go :(
