I use to work for and manage a Starbucks for several years. I know that the first thing employees are taught is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for their patrons (third space mentality) and to provide consistent quality of their products. Very slow, hire more workers. Pick up order took 15 minutes after it said the order should have been ready. Not ordering here again
This location needs retraining. Almost every single time I go there whoever is waiting on me as a bad attitude. They are not friendly and routinely deliver poor quality product. Good service good coffee and pup cups
This location has really gone down hill and needs a serious management change. No matter what time of the day you go, and whether there is a line or not, you undoubtedly will be waiting an inappropriate amount of time for a subpar drink. I purposely go out of my way to visit other Starbucks locations because this one isn’t worth wasting your money.
