I come here all the time and have a great experience and great coffee but today at the speaker I asked for extra Carmel lining the cup and they handed me a drink with a single drop of caramel on the cup. I couldn’t even see it and the lady at the window pointed and said it’s right there. I was not rude but asked them to remake the drink because if I’m paying 6-7$ for a coffee at least make what I asked for. The lady at the window gave me attitude and rolled her eyes. Horrible at making their coffee, one of the staff had an attitude the other guy with the hat very kind. My drink is usually so good but it taste water down and disgusting my lid won’t even go on the cup keeps falling off. Horrible experience for me
I went there today to order a drink been to this location before and have gotten good service but today It sucked the girl was rude. I had to repeat my drink order, I kid you not 4 different times and she still messed it up and then when I said something, she snatched it back and rolled her eyes at me.
