I usually love this spot — the staff is awesome , the vibe is great … except for one person who just seems determined to make it weird . The she/they/he/it/lizard 🦎 with tie-dye hair and funky glasses 🤓 has a habit of making rude comments anytime you order something that isn’t “as black as its soul” . It’s not edgy, it’s just awkward 🤷. You can not go in to pick up a mobile order so you end up waiting in line. In my opinion it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time to pick up because I'm stuck in line anyways. Sometimes they are fast but usually it's a good 10 minute wait if not longer. Parking lot is tiny. If you can pick another location, I would recommend it.
Drive-thru only - staffing problems? We did not stay as we wanted to be inside at a table.
