I've been a store regular for a few years and I absolutely love the team of baristas who greet everyone with such kindness and enthusiasm. I want to clarify that the barista’s were phenomenal. Even when my order was behind, they apologized sincerely. It was a very busy day and they did their best to keep up with orders (Although I feel like them writing personalized messages on every cup is counterproductive. I saw the advertisement for this new practice a few months back, and have noticed the difference in service). My issue is with Alicia. Worst location ever! Ordered a drink, it’s been ready and paid for, but drive through line isn’t moving so I’m now late to pick up my kid! Never again!
