The guy at the window taking orders was very rude. I order a cup of water with more ice than water and some other stuff. When I got my order my ice water had little ice so I ask can I get a cup of ice. He got an attitude with me saying I should have order that b4 n I explained to him how I pretty much did but it was wrong. N while I was explaining he close the window on me. Worst Starbucks experience I had n I been coming here every morning for the last 4 years. Lucky for me there is another Starbucks near by
DON'T ever go here for drive in or going inside, you will be wasting a lot of lot of time. The amount of time being wasted in this place is unbearable , these guys will really test your patience levels. They only have one coffee machine and they have tons of orders coming in and on top of that the staff is really really INEFFICIENT. Even the baristas themselves wait in line to make their own orders. I WOULD SUGGEST GOING TO THE ONE INSIDE GIANT EAGLE WHICH IS RIGHT NEXT TO IT AND YOU WILL SAVE A TONS OF TIME, TRUST ME.
I've been a store regular for a few years and I absolutely love the team of baristas who greet everyone with such kindness and enthusiasm. When I made my usual stop Tuesday morning I noticed something unusual for this location.. I want to clarify that the barista’s were phenomenal. Even when my order was behind, they apologized sincerely. It was a very busy day and they did their best to keep up with orders (Although I feel like them writing personalized messages on every cup is counterproductive. I saw the advertisement for this new practice a few months back, and have noticed the difference in service). My issue is with Alicia.
