Do not go to the drive thru...we literally waited 30 mins to get our stuff...then got to the window barista doesn't say anything....takes 10 seconds to yawn and rub her eyes before proceeding to read off a long order that was not ours....while we said "no" immediately after the first 2 items we knew were wrong...then she keeps reading the long order. Took forever to get 1 drink and 1 cake pop in the drive thru. The employee working was not friendly either. Don’t go to this location.
This location is not good. Customer service is horrible. They barely greet you, and if you look like you have to speak to someone they instantly turn their head as if they are so busy.
Went inside to order. Staff was more concerned about waiting on drive thru orders than customers in person. There were several customers waiting for orders, but no one in line but me. Which was disheartening. Once my order was placed, I then waited for my order. Approx 5 min later staff member asked if I was waiting for a coffee? (I am at Starbucks I thought), to which I replied yes, she then handed me someone else's hot coffee and I priceeded to tell her I ordered an iced coffee. She said, oh that's not a coffee.
