I waited 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me or took my order, or even attempted to say they were going to take my order. I watched them make 2 drinks and have conversations with fellow coworkers that were not work related without acknowledging any customers.
The drive thru line is always so long. Every time I go I spend at least 20-25 min in line. Don’t know why. It’s ridiculous.
The guy at the drive-through is extremely rude. The drive-through is super slow, so don’t go there if you’re in a hurry or if you want your coffee to be made correctly.
Very unaccommodating, especially that white guy in the ordering window.
Recently moved out to Solon from Cleveland and was surprised by how long the drive thru line takes! I have spent almost a half an hour just waiting on a single coffee! The one on Clifton and 117th would have a much longer line and speed thru 10x faster! Not sure if it’s because of how the store is set up or just on staff, but this store would benefit from a facelift on equipment and service!
