Found a piece of plastic inside my drink while sipping, tried to contact customer service through app and automated Bot didn’t help tried calling customer support and the wait time was over an hour this is not acceptable
I ordered a vegan food item and I discovered after biting into it that it had chicken and bacon. A word of warning for anybody trying to eat with dietary restrictions. When I discovered the problem and drove back, they were nice enough to make me the correct item but didn't offer me any sort of compensation.
Fast service and great customer service. Got to meet Jessica and she was sweet and even helped my autistic son to the table. He was not doing good but she saw he had his coloring book and helped sort out the colors he wanted. Love coming to this location but this was beyond what they needed to do. Thank you!
