I frequent Starbucks almost daily, order the same drink for the past 3 years and today I was handed a cup only filled 3/4 of the way full. Never once had my cup not been filled. I mentioned it to them, they said they would remake it. However, it is a frapaccino, the blender never ran again in the 1 extra min I waited so I know she lied about remaking it. I order 4 cups, and they made wrong 3 cups. I order 2 ice venti matcha latte, 1 ice matcha latte with oatmilk and 6 powder matcha, 1 ice coffee. They put 6 powder matcha for all matcha latte. And I thought they forget to put syrup for my drinks. They aren't sweet at all, even a little bit.
Ordered thru the drive thru and needed to remake my coffee bc I wasn’t use to it looking how it did. Went inside and I’m guessing the lady at the front was the manager bc she was super nice and helpful.the Asian girl she was talking to deff had an attitude otherwise I’d give the other lady 10 stars.
