Fast service and great customer service. Got to meet Jessica and she was sweet and even helped my autistic son to the table. He was not doing good but she saw he had his coloring book and helped sort out the colors he wanted. Love coming to this location but this was beyond what they needed to do. Thank you!

I stopped in for coffee since I was in the area and I will NEVER be back after my experience. As a mixed family (and the mother of TWO neurodivergent children), I was MORTIFIED to hear a manager by the name of Kristen speak VERY inappropriately to her employees. (I couldn't tell she was a manager at first until I realized she was barking out orders to her poor employees while doing nothing.) While in the drive through, my friend (in a separate car in front of me) waited around 5 minutes after greeting them on the speaker. This held up the waiting time tremendously. We both left empty handed due to a lack of informing us of them being closed during operating hours on Google. This honestly felt like a waste of time unfortunately.
