Worst starbucks ever,remade my drink 2xs and still couldn't get it right. Also messed up my brother's drink as well...unacceptable

Every time I come to this Starbucks something comes out wrong, most of the time when I order hot drinks on the app and go to pick them up they are iced. Most of the time when I get matcha it comes out like this, this time it was only really at the top but there have been times were the chucks are everywhere and getting a chunk in the straw or just drinking out of the top is not pleasant at all.
