I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I was sitting with my friend and my 3-year-old son, who was playing and jumping on his chair. One of the employees, a thin blonde woman (I unfortunately didn’t get her name), came over and spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I completely understand if there are safety rules and have no problem with an employee asking me to make sure my child sits down, but there is a respectful way to speak to customers. Came in to grab a drink. Wasn’t too sure what to get. The barista Luis helped me pick out a cold brew that was very tasty. Appreciated the kind service and menu knowledge. Made getting my drink easy and convenient.
Order was prepared incorrectly and staff was really rude.
