Got a medicine ball which is supposed to come with honey syrup but there's no sweetener in it so it's bitter. Also they didn't call out my name but called out the person after me. My husband's drink which has a change to it was made correctly but mine wasn't. I used to work for SB as a barista and this is disappointing to me.
Love love love this location! The team is so fast and soooo nice!
I used the drive-thru at the Sherwood Starbucks - there was a mix-up with my order, but they fixed it quickly and with genuine kindness, so no complaints here. The team is friendly in that real, small-town Sherwood way - welcoming, thoughtful, and never robotic. This is my local Starbucks, and I love the vibe here. Always a solid 5 stars from me!
