Terrible experience. I waited about 15 minutes for just two drinks, which is ridiculous for a Starbucks. When the drinks finally came out, my order was completely wrong. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, but they made something closer to a Mocha Cookie Crumble instead. I also paid extra for Frappuccino chips and an added shot of coffee, and neither of those were included.
