Im someone that goes to Starbucks daily, but today I had the worst service. I got there at 8:45pm, no one was there. All the food and drinks out to refill but no one. At 8:54 the girl comes out, I ask for my drink and she tells me I already close that machine. I ask her can you still make it since you are open, she tells me with a bad attitude no, technically I can leave right now if I wanted to. Terrible customer service with the two teenager women in there .
No es posible que tengan una sola persona mayor trabababdi allí, los tiempos de espera son absurdos. A parte la persona que esta allí hace su mejor esfuerzo pero ella sola no puede. Con el dinero que hacen deberían esforzarse más por la atención al cliente, o sino pueden cierren pero no jueguen con el tiempo de la gente. Les doy una Estrella porque el sistema me obliga porque para mi no tienen derecho a nada. 👎
