I have been here twice now and had the same barista, Marissa. I am actually leaving this review as I watch her work at a snails pace. She is awful and VERY slow, replace her.
30 minutes till closing and they couldn't make me a white chocolate mocha because they had already turned off their expresso machines
Im someone that goes to Starbucks daily, but today I had the worst service. I got there at 8:45pm, no one was there. All the food and drinks out to refill but no one. At 8:54 the girl comes out, I ask for my drink and she tells me I already close that machine. I ask her can you still make it since you are open, she tells me with a bad attitude no, technically I can leave right now if I wanted to.
