Great service
The staff here is amazing. One of the team members, who had an Indian accent/appearance, was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. He made a delicious mocha latte that tasted perfect. The whole crew seem hardworking and created a welcoming atmosphere. Great experience overall. Edit: The cashier seemed rushed when I ordered a venti hot handcrafted matcha latte. Maybe he assumed most people would want an iced drink on a hot day, but I specifically said "hot."
