Being a big brand like Starbucks doesn’t excuse poor training. When customers come in for their first coffee of the day, basic courtesy should be expected. At this location, employees don’t make eye contact, service is extremely slow, and orders take far too long to be prepared. The staff comes across as rude and unprepared to deal with customers. Delivery drivers are often ignored and have to beg for assistance, and orders are rarely ready on time.

Unfortunately, every time I go here There’s an extremely long wait no matter what time of the day. They do not follow standard builds of each coffee, which makes these coffee taste bitter or nasty or not the same as what you got yesterday. They do not put orders in order when they are given . Had to get a full refund yesterday because I waited over 45 minutes for the other half of my order. Please explain to me why a coffee and a bagel came out before a hot chocolate and a frappe?
