The worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Got my drink wrong two days in a row. Were very rude. Drink watered down and nasty. My daughters drink was gross. There was maybe five cubes of ice total. Really makes it so much worse that we are in a hospital my daughters has been very sick and then I can’t even get my coffee right and those people are incredibly rude and incompetent. I never leave reviews but this had to be said. People are grieving here.
Super friendly and nice
Can’t even get over the efficiency and friendliness of this location. This is by far one of the best ran Starbucks I have ever been in and that says a lot. Way to go Starbucks Team at Cook Children’s!!
I come to this Starbucks all the time, but today was a completely different experience. The crew taking my order kept asking me to repeat myself, and when my order finally came out, it was still wrong. I had to go back and ask them to fix it, which took another 10 minutes. By the time I got my mocha latte, this is what it looked like—absolutely disgusting and not worth the overpriced “fancy” coffee.
