I had such a great experience at Starbucks and wanted to give a special shoutout to Blizzard. I came in with two teenage boys, and it took us a little while to figure out what they wanted. What Blizzard didn’t know is that both of the boys are on the spectrum, and ordering can sometimes make them a bit nervous. They provided the worst service. They denied water to a three-year-old who was thirsty. I was about to pay for other beverages and make a judgment without asking if I was ordering something before they denied her even a drop of water.

Jonah was awesome this morning but there is a asian girl that work there i didnt get her name but she had a bad attitude and rude to a couple customers this morning and when a customer didnt heard her she try to talk to the customer like they was slow this was so unprofessional and make this location look bad and was talking bad about some of customers once they left the store to another staff she need to be retrain on have great customer service
