Michelle/Ivy and Eddy are so positive and warm it made my day interacting with them. They even came by after I had already ordered and been sitting awhile to check on me and ask me if I wanted a water. My sandwich was good, my coffee was great.
My delivery order is late because it’s just sitting here on the counter. I’m not sure what this process is but I think the employees should bag up delivery items so they don’t arrive late to the customer.
