The coffee was good but the barista ignored me when I walked up cause she was making an order even after she saw me so I had to say hi. And she was snarky and responded like I was an idiot when I asked a question about my order, and was singing loudly off key the entire time she was making my order. Then when she yelled my name for my order I said thank you and have a good morning and she didn’t even acknowledge me at all. It costs zero anything to be a decent person.
I was the first to order, but four people who ordered after me got their drinks and food before I did. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked about my order and she said, “Oh, it didn’t pop out?” I understand she was working alone during a busy time, but orders should still be made in order. I also paid extra for cold foam and didn’t get it. lmao
The website says they close at 8pm The woman at the register said she closed early because corporate is coming tomorrow.
BEEN WAITING 15min for Two tall fraps. They’re not even busy.
