These guys used to be good but they’re screwing up my order like 50% of the time now. E.g. just completely forgetting to make a drink (but still making the sandwich), and not really being apologetic about it. Edit: yeah only seems to be getting worse, they mark online orders as Ready and it’s like the opposite of ready, I have to ask them where my order is, and only then will they start prepping it.
