Overall this Starbucks was fair, which is what you would expect in an airport. The food and drinks are the same normal Starbucks taste, nothing special. The line can get very long but it never takes more than 30 minutes. The real problem is that after you order, you can be waiting a very long time until your order comes out. They must have a bad system in the back because I ordered banana bread and I had to watch the five orders come out after me while waiting 20 minutes for a slice of bread. Great place!
This location needs a manager or GM to step up and lead. I’ve watched too many times the poor work crew show up and get slammed with orders. They then have to manage refunds for those trying to catch flights while trying to continue taking mobile orders. If your store can’t handle the demand you should take mobile orders offline. Zero leadership here and I just feel bad for the team that gets berated by customers. I am an avid Starbucks customer at this location and Many Many others. This may be the worst of the hundred or so Starbucks I have been to. I get it, your at an airport so you are a captive audience but the effort feels minimal, the communication from employees to customers is just incorrect and they rarely have all their items in stock even when the ordering app says they are in stock. Waited a full hour for an order. Never received it before I had to board my flight. The staff was surly and apathetic. Did nothing to help and dismissed any concerns.
