Placed an online order, they gave me a smaller size than what I ordered, nearly half the cup was foam. Horrible, $6.50 for wrong size and foam. Never to return to this location.
Come here all the time waited 15 minutes inside for a cold brew coffee asked how much longer it would be was told they were short staffed and they didn’t know and were clearly focused only on the drive through . I asked for a refund and they refunded me immediately, but couldn’t make the drink terrible customer service . Be better
Too expensive for coffee!
Coffee is consistent with a typical Starbucks location. My biggest complaint is that when you place a mobile order, they don't put a hot sleeve on the drink. Literally every other location I frequent does this, and so it's a letdown every time I come here.
Paula is the sweetest! She always makes my day when I come through the drive-thru. Her kindness and positive attitude brighten every visit, and she’s truly the best part of this Starbucks. Thank you, Paula, for always making customers feel so welcome!
