Nice and quiet at 6:00 p.m. the barista taking my order was super friendly and very nice.
The store gets hammered, heavy volume at times, and tight quarters, but the staff here does an outstanding job, very professional, hard-working, young peeps, good team all around.
They have drinks on the app that they supposedly don’t have the ingredients for in the store? The employee also supposedly has ABSOLUTELY NO WAY of canceling my order upon request, instead they are trying to force me into a different drink. I also have no cancel option within the app, this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, Starbucks in general is mid anyway
I go out of my way to go to this specific starbucks bc the staff are always friendly they always get my drink order right and overall great service 🥰
They weren't even busy no one even acknowledged me but we won't be coming back the time was 1 15 pm
