I stopped by on Tuesday at 530 and tried ordering an Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha in a trenta cup with extra cold foam. The employee told me that she can not do this because trenta cups can not accommodate espresso shots. Isn't a trenta cup made from the same material as a venti, grande and tall? I had every intention on paying for the extras I ordered but this was rude. Ive never had this experience at Starbucks. Poor service. All I did was ask for some used coffee grinds. The first staff a "guy" was so annoyed and told me to look at the front. I went there and asked another staff and they had to go on their radio and aak then finally said no. Shouldn't be so complicated to ask for some used coffee grinds.
