Music incredibly loud I had to sit outside. Ordered egg bites and a grande ice water. Got the egg bites after a reasonable wait. No water. There are 8 baristas working this tiny Starbucks. I explained to the barista that I didn’t get any water. She grunted something and went back to making drinks. The is why that now 80% if my coffee shop visits are not Starbucks. 15 seconds was all it would have taken to allow me some water as I eat the overpriced egg bites.
From my experience they were very professional.
Today I went for my normal drinks and the girl at the drive through was extremely rude and when I asked for some straws she rolled her eyes. I hate being treated like this every time I ask for something I’ve already paid for.
My iced coffee was watery so it definitely did not get the extra shot of espresso I paid for, and my wife's drink was served iced when I asked for hot. Honest mistake I'm sure they would have fixed, just kind of disappointing when my order was wrong too.
