Well from what I can see some improvement can be made in regards to customer service. The male white adult with a beard and mustache calls male customers ; Man. In regards to ethics and professionalism he should call male customers ,sir. Plus: Female customers , Miss. When we were leaving we could see two black cars loitering in the parking lot. Most recently we noticed very bad customer service. Its unknown if it has anything to do with demographics ? A Latino customer paid for a coffee. The female Asian adult with fake blond hair was very rude, arrogant. She refused to hand the coffee to the paying customer. She deliberately left the coffee by the cash register. We observed this abuse. All she had to do was hand the coffee to the customer. The paying customer asked her if she hands the coffee to customers? Her answer was : " No"! Employees are nice. Manager is kind of slow and I feel like she doesn't know what she's doing. I believe her name starts with an H. Overall good service, beverages are made correctly, and the cleanliness is pretty good.
