Update: So my review remains the same only it's getting worse. The customer service there needs a slap to the back of the head. They can't follow an online order. I went in and my order has little to no whipped cream or cookie crumble. I had to go in and ask for .ore toppings be cause it looked sad. Also it says line cup mocha of which they did not do. If you open the store, you should take orders inside as well as drive through. No one came over to help. I ended up leaving.
