Sad. Rude customer service. Won’t be back. Cardinal Points wouldn’t treat me the way I was treated today.
I’ve been to this location several times since I’ve moved to the area but this morning in particular made me realize I need to leave a review. The Drive-through line was literally wrapped around the building out into the parking lot, so I ordered pick up through the app. It showed there’d be a 4-7 min wait time, cool. I walked in at the 4min mark & my drink & food were already sitting on the counter! Bravo team!
