Ordered 2 caramel ribbon crunch 1 venti 1 Grande. when I got there I had two grundas ready, I explained that I had 1 ventil 1 Grande, so I eneded up waited an extra 20 minutes for my venti.. was watching the girl behind the counter not follow my order at all, no 2% milk & no caramel crunch.. I was lucky I even got caramel, they seemed bothered to be there working.. so I got my drink and left, not going there anymore, I'll wait to get 1 in Uvalde Starbucks instead 🙃
This is the worst starbucks I have ever encountered in my life my drinks are always wrong and your staff doesn’t have good customer service they act like they are clueless.
Thank you for telling me to pull around this morning to a spot that doesn't exist then just totally forget me while I have to park across the road and walk in and get my order you were supposed to bring out. And of course it was wrong. No more $60 a week on coffee with Starbucks. Dunkn coming soon!
