Visited this location 2/22/2025 at approximately 10am. Cashier took my order..Venti tea and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Simple right. The inside was dead. No staff looked happy AT ALL! I wait and wait still I don’t have my emperors cloud tea. I ask the employee where is my drink. The little girl replies oh u have a drink? I say yes it was ordered 5 minutes ago. Jayda responds with excuses as to why it wasn’t made. The cashier was new and didn’t know she was supposed to put 2 rea bags in a cup with water. Management failure!! Oh ... read more
Best Starbucks on the planet hands down. The 2 baristas Kim and Nancy have taken care of my wife and I for years. They make other Starbucks look mediocre.
i ordered 3 waters and never got them because the girl sat there talking to her coworker. everytime i come here the wait is ridiculous
