This store needs new management. I’m usually understanding when it comes to these places as I know it gets busy but the times I come here most of the workers are careless and just lack customer service.
Mala atención pésima
El servicio demasiado lento y nuca hay nada de lo que uno pide. Después de esperar casi 20 min. En la fila me dicen que no tienen ningún de los 3 tipos de sandwich qué les pedí. No hubiese puesto esta reseña si fuera las primera vez que me sucede. Pero ya es la tercera vez que me sucede en este mismo lugar.
Service was slow for some reason even though i was the only one in the store but the message written on the coffee was really sweet, so i forgive them for now 😉 lol
It’s a hit or miss. When you have young kids running a store it will show. The service is bad, the attitudes are bad. Coffeehouse vibe?. I think not! I stopped in on this Sunday. It was two employees. One on the bar. One in drive. The guy in drive acknowledged me. The bar employee said nothing the whole time. I watched as she made my drinks I ordered a venti shaken horchata.
