Finally decent service at a Starbucks!
On 5/9/2025 I ordered 4 drinks from the Grand Cypress Dr. location in Lutz, FL. I ordered in the drive thru using the Starbucks account connected to the email i entered in this form. When I was at the window recieving my drinks, I noticed the only venti drink looked like it was falling out of the drink carrier. Before i could say anything, the barista dumped the drinks in the drink carrier into my car, completely spilling 2 of them before I could even grab the drink carrier from her.
