The barista would not give me water for my screaming baby. I even held the bottom to her and said I need water. They said that I have to buy something to get water, it was going to be 5 dollars for WATER. Horrible customer service. Been a long time Starbucks customer I'm now unsure how I feel about coming back to Starbucks.
Never had a drink served with this much empty space up top. They barely filled it, looked like half the effort, half the drink. This is exactly why I stick with Dunkin…… $7 for a drink that takes me 5 seconds to consume.
If you are at the mall on a hot day, don’t ask them for a cup of water. They won’t give you one. But if you buy a bottle of water, they will ask if you want a cup of water too…
Fernando was my barista for the day. He did an excellent job on my drink and was great to have a conversation with five stars all around.
First the guy at the drive thru window did not say hello then my coffee was all ice Its crazy the service and the product was terrible I took two zips and it was gone
