First the guy at the drive thru window did not say hello then my coffee was all ice Its crazy the service and the product was terrible I took two zips and it was gone
If I could give “0 stars I would. So I walk into this establishment . It’s one other person in front of me. He has already ordered. Him & a cashier is having a conversation so no big deal . I’m being patient . After a few minutes I’m just looking around trying to figure out when am I going to helped or even greeted … mind you it’s not busy. After finishing my Thanksgiving shopping, I decided to stop by Starbucks at Tampa Premium Outlets for a quick coffee and sandwich. Since it was Thanksgiving Day, the queue was long, and I waited about 10-15 minutes before placing my order. I went with a Chai Tea Latte and the Egg Pesto Mozzarella Sandwich.
