I had a terrible experience at Starbucks. The service was awful, and the staff was incredibly rude. I ordered a matcha with no syrup and with oat milk, but what I received had both the syrup and regular milk. When I politely asked to have it changed, they refused. The employee at the counter even laughed in an unprofessional manner, making me feel disrespected. Definitely not the level of service I expect from a place like Starbucks. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. From the moment I received my order, there were issues. My drink was made incorrectly, so I politely asked if they could remake it. Instead of a simple correction, the barista responded with an extremely poor attitude, making the entire interaction uncomfortable. Horrible service, extremely rude baristas, overpriced compared to rest of the Starbucks. So bad I wanna give it a 0, but that’s not possible so I give it a 1
