Fantastic service! I ran in here because my daughter needed to use the bathroom. I saw the barista and begged her to use the bathroom (which is a code entry bathroom), I told her that I promised I'd buy something as soon as we got out. She was patient, understanding, and human. By far the worst customer service I’ve had at any Starbucks. The women who took our drive through order appeared to be annoyed by my request of cinnamon on a plane toasted bagel. Her responses was in the most unpleasant tone to a point we didn’t even order more because I was so confused at the interaction. The bagel didn’t have the Cinamin on it when given. Ok fine.
