I like Starbucks hot latte always same taste
I’ve been to this location on 17th Street a few times but I usually just get my order at the drive thru. However, I noticed that it has ample seating (indoors and outdoors) for those who want to hang around. Each time my interaction with the staff there has been friendly. My Matcha Frappe was good too!
The Wi-Fi app wouldn't let me connect. When I went to ask, the manager mockingly told me that they didn't control that and offered me the phone number for the main office so I could call and ask. To me, that's not customer service. I'm never coming back to this store.
