I was very disappointed in my frappe this morning. I ordered the s’mores Frappuccino and it looks nothing like how it’s supposed to be and when I asked the server about it she said no it’s right. I get it everyday from another location and it always looks like picture.
I was at this location and received the worst service Shy was so unprofessional and if it had been my first time at Starbucks I wouldn’t want to return. I am a black reserve member and this is NOT the service I want to receive. I felt rushed during placing my order and when I got to the window I was treated as an inconvenience. She clearly did not want to be at work but she needs to understand that it’s Starbucks coffee not Shy’s coffee. Please do better!
