Don’t waste your time. The staff here acts like they don’t see you or hear you. I say good morning—nothing. I say thank you—nothing. No greeting when you walk in. It’s like ordering from robots with zero customer service. Coffee could be great but the experience is so cold and unwelcoming that it doesn’t matter. There are plenty of other Starbucks that actually acknowledge their customers exist.
Just drove through and asked for a small cup of ice only. The guy said “we can’t give you ice unless you buy something” First of all, I wasn’t expecting it to be free, but seriously…anyways I said “can you not just charge me like $2 for ice” he said “no unfortunately not but if you get a cake pop , it’s cheap, I can give you ice “ I said “I don’t even want the cake pop, keep it! just charge me for the ice!!” This was crazy. i stop here 2-3 times a week and Ray is always providing amazing customer service, drinks/ food are good too. everyone that works at this location provides great customer service makes the experience so much better
