I’m genuinely shocked by the unprofessional conduct I experienced at your location. A male employee working the drive-thru window displayed behavior that was not only immature but completely unacceptable for any workplace—especially one representing a brand like Starbucks. He attempted to act overly aggressive and confrontational at the speaker, and then, clearly realizing how inappropriate he was being, switched places with a female colleague before I reached the payment window.
