I hope to come back and change this rating! This is for the Kensington Starbucks. Unfortunately the last two times I've gone through the drive-thru my drink was not very good. A hot chocolate seemed a little watered down or just not much chocolate. And the cappuccino is definitely tasting like a latte. Again, not very strong. I can hardly taste the espresso right now. Absolutely terrible experience. They made my drink completely wrong and handed me basically straight espresso with no milk. When I pointed it out (nicely mind you), the barista offered to remake it and I accepted, but instead of actually remaking it, she took the cup to the back where I couldn’t see anything, poured some out and added the oat milk to the same drink, and handed it back less than a minute later all messy around the outside. My shaken espresso was mostly ice and 3 sips of coffee. I took a picture, but I can not upload it. It is so disappointing to have a cup full of ice and 3 sips of coffee.
