⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent customer service, which is why I’m giving this location five stars. I usually stop by around 5:00 AM and order a Tall Latte with extra shot because I’m looking for a stronger coffee to start my day. I hope the team can pay a little extra attention to orders like mine and make sure it comes through as requested. Overall, it’s a great location with a wonderful team, and I always enjoy stopping by. Thank you all.
What I wanted vs what I got!! My husband and I were super excited to try the new Starbucks drinks. We were the only car in the drive through. First they got my husband drink wrong and they gave his chai instead of cold brew. We had to wait for my drink for more than 10 minutes!! Mind you no car was in front of us nor was there any customer inside. Then they handed me my drink that was JUST MILK!! MILK!!!!! I had to run errands I just left because both drinks were incorrect. If you’re leaving a review or sending feedback, you could say: I’ve gotten coffee from this location twice, and unfortunately both times it was disappointing. The coffee tasted watered down and not made properly. I usually order from the Glenmont location, and my coffee is consistently great there. Since this was a mobile order and I didn’t make any changes to my usual order, I expected the same quality. I hope this location can improve its consistency, as the difference was very noticeable. I hope to come back and change this rating! This is for the Kensington Starbucks. Unfortunately the last two times I've gone through the drive-thru my drink was not very good. A hot chocolate seemed a little watered down or just not much chocolate. And the cappuccino is definitely tasting like a latte. Again, not very strong. I can hardly taste the espresso right now.
