I am not huge on leaving reviews, but this was a first for me at Starbucks. Went to get a coffee and pup cup today with my dog. Not only did they l try to hand me the wrong order they then gave me the wrong size, no straw, and wrote gimme dis on the cup. When I wearied into the store to ask where I could get a straw I was ignored.
U guys have a policy to not break $100 bills because I just talk to manager he says our policy we can’t break $100 dollar bill and i request I have only 100 bill he says our policy sorry we can’t u live and don’t come back are store Plz re trains ur staff Thanks
