Update Review: service here has been great and we haven't had any issues here in some time. Staff is always happy to help. --- We love doing the mobile orders just for ease of our order being what we like and going through the drive thru. EVERY time we do an order and then go through the drive thru they like to remind us that we need to give them more time from placing the order to going through the drive through (it's never an instant thing we do, always while on the way). They took all the seating out. Why?!! The response below from corporate is pretty ridiculous too. A link to a nonsense website full of AI answers. Why did you take the seating out at this location? I'm a real person and deserve a real answer.
So first off I would like to say that there is a gentleman who worked there who is just amazing and he was great. But I ordered of vanilla latte and a chocolate croissant for my wife and then a cake pop for my daughter and I was under the weather so I ordered myself a sugar cookie frappe with almond milk.
