Gf went here to order her usual(oat milk cartado w/brown sugar) and explained to the employees that she has a severe dairy allergy and wanted to be careful of any cross contamination. Well low and behold it seems that they did not care to take any precautions or attention to her drink. They ended up giving her a cortado w/milk instead of oat milk and she ended up having an allergic reaction in less than a minute. Used to stop here in the past on the way to church, but it’s now been converted to essentially a kiosk location. No bathrooms, no patio, no seating inside. They should indicate that on the app. Will likely avoid it in the future and choose full cafés.
Absolutely insane. Had a 50$ bill. My total was 20$- Pulled up to the window and they were like “sorry we can’t take this big of a bill - it’s policy unless your order is $25 or up” but I was here a little over a week ago and they took my 50$ bill for less than what my order total was this time. Money is money and yall can’t take a “ big bill” give me a break
