They don’t have anything on the app/website that they aren’t taking new orders or that they are closing early. I drove up to the drive thru and they had a sign stating “closing early will not be accepting any orders”. The app lets you order for walk in or drive thru so are we expected to order and then wait to find out they are closed? This is not great service, at least have the app say “not accepting orders”
Went to get my usual at a new starbucks than my normal one and Chase was very helpful and friendly in the lobby! Definitely made my day!🙂
