I would give 0 star, this isn’t a usual Starbucks. Bad service. Just do your job.
Not sure if the guy in the register was new but took my order real bad. The coffee was.terrible and when I asked what happened they told me you need to pay extra for everything, I said what? I already paid she just offered an extra cup???? What???? Horrible.
Stephanie is the best .The business world needs more of this young lady. Business smart,work ethic ,customer service, you name it she has it.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We stopped by this Starbucks during the Air Show after walking all the way from the beach to this location to get to our vehicle in the extreme heat, exhausted and dehydrated, simply asking for a cup of ice water. To our surprise, we were refused with absolutely no compassion or customer service. Every other Starbucks we’ve visited has always been welcoming and happy to provide water with no issue, especially in situations involving heat and safety.
