This was my first negative experience at a Starbucks in the U.S., and honestly, it was shocking. The customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely indifferent. There was no sense of respect, warmth, or professionalism—none of the values that Starbucks claims to stand for. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was an inconvenience. If this location is supposed to represent the brand, then it is failing badly. Extremely disappointing and not at all what I expected from a company with such a strong reputation.
I usually enjoy this location overall and it is easy to find parking there most of the time.
Busy and nice! I like sitting at Starbucks watching different people come in and out while I am working.
