Always SUPER slow, like 20 mins at least every time I go. It’s nice bc it’s close by, but I always waste a lot of time waiting.
I feel bad for the delivery drivers waiting for 25-30 min because the drive thru is busy and the online orders are NOT a priority !
Waited for over an hour for a mobile order. When fed up and asked about it the barista said it be another 20 mins so I screamed for a refund. No apology from staff just like it was a normal day that orders take that long all the time
Unfortunately, I have to update my review after my experience today. My wife inadvertently ordered the wrong drink unbeknownst to me (chose coffee base instead of cream), and when I tasted coffee I went back inside to inform them it was meant to be cream based. The barista looked at the label and said "it was made right, and we don't even have the item as a cream base anymore, sorry." and then just walked away.
