Bad attitude and dirty.
Food and service are great here. Employees just seem to be VERY VERY loud. I’ve come here many times to study with headphones on, and it’s hard to stay in the zone lately when I can hear them over my headphones.
I went to get my coffee this morning and on my way into work I placed a mobile order. Upon my arrival I told the lady at the speaker box my name for the order which she replied “you just placed this so it’s going to be 5min” mind you I just had 1 tall Frap no whip and 1 car in front of me. When I got to the window the lady who told me her name was Jill said to me very rudely again “you just placed that mobile order and we need like 5 minutes to make it” I just replied okay thank you.
