Best people ever! Michael and Ryan were so nice. Freshly brewed coffee was perfect. I am not gonna rate “ambient” badly. We’re at target so you can’t expect to be in italian coast. Music is fine, it’s clean, smells good.. so all perfect. Thank you guys.
I a disappointing experience at the Starbucks inside Target at Coral Ridge Mall. I arrived a few minutes before 8:00 PM, while the store was still open. There were only a couple of people waiting, and the employee, Melissa, was helping one customer and preparing two drinks. When my friend and I approached to order, Melissa told us she could not take our order, even though it was still before closing time. Bad is not enough! Terrible service this Starbucks is my second time buying here and one of the worst coffees I've had, bad presentation and it looked more like milk with caramel, I recommend walking a little more going to another store than wasting money and time in this one, it's a total shame! Expectation vs Reality ??
