Usually have the best coffees at this Starbucks location .But today, I guess I came when they were busy. I ordered a cappuccino and they made me a regular coffee. so frustrating.. Also the sandwich was ice cold in the middle and tasted old I threw it away. We Come to Starbucks for consistency and quality. I tried calling the store, but they did not answer.
I came here because, at a different location, they served me bad coffee twice. I explained the situation to the barista, and she made me a new coffee, which was perfect—just as it was supposed to be!
