July 13th at 5:50 am i came through the drive thru and I was refused a cup of ice by a female employe. She said company policy says I have to purchase something in order for me to get a cup of ice or a cup of ice water. I’ll never come back to this location if that’s the customer service you give. I’m always at Starbucks. A cup of ice won’t hurt anyone
Good place, employees try to do their best, but it is a busy, busy location. Music could be too loud sometimes.
